Engineer Aster Yitbarek
Provides Eregeb’s overall institutional direction and principal executive leadership.
The General Manager leads major strategic and organizational decisions, ensures alignment across the company, and holds final management responsibility for Eregeb’s direction and performance.
Strategy & Executive Operations
Works directly with the General Manager and exercises broad executive authority delegated by the General Manager.
The role connects strategy with execution, coordinates priorities across the organization, aligns teams, supports major institutional relationships, and ensures that decisions move into action.
Provides enterprise-wide leadership in creativity, innovation, concept development and the expression of Eregeb’s ideas.
The role works diagonally across educational systems, technology, research, communication, partnerships and operations — helping transform complex ideas into systems, experiences and concepts people can understand and use.

Eregeb’s Executive Advisory Council brings together accomplished professionals from multiple disciplines to strengthen our thinking, challenge assumptions and contribute independent expertise to important questions affecting education and student development.
Education does not exist in isolation.

The Chief Creative & Innovation Officer provides enterprise-wide creative and innovation leadership.
Across the wider organization, directors and professional leaders lead clearly defined areas while collaborating beyond functional boundaries.
A major education initiative may simultaneously require expertise in educational systems, operations, technology, research, finance, creativity and institutional partnerships.
Rather than allowing the work to become trapped inside departments, Eregeb brings the necessary people around the problem.
